A Down to Earth French Chef

By Chip Griffin
April 24, 2008

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has a nice Q&A with Chef Yves Carreau of Sonoma Grille and Ceviche in the paper's hometown. I'm not familiar with the restaurant or the chef, but I was intrigued by some of his answers. A native of France, he was pretty negative about the French people, but high on their food. Sounded a bit more like a stereotypical American than an expat. He also hints that, like many of us, he struggles with cooking a nice moist turkey on Thanksgiving.
