Looking for something to do this weekend? If you like wine, you might be interested in the Washington D.C. International Wine & Food Festival presented by The Washington Post. This ninth annual event features more wine than you could reasonably taste in a weekend, plus lots of tasty food and demonstrations. Restaurants represented will include Bice Ristorante, Brasserie Les Halles, Restaurant Eve, Proof, Equinox, and D'Acqua.

More than 200 exhibitors will be present, including wineries from many regions around the globe.

For those interested in more than simply downing as many different wines as possible, there will be a variety of informative and entertaining seminars offered throughout the weekend. These include tasting lessons, blind tastings, and explorations of specific varietals and verticals.

Ticket prices start at $85 per person, with seminars and VIP events costing extra. The expo takes place at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center on Friday through Sunday. For more information or to purchase tickets visit http://www.wine-expos.com/wine/dc/.
